| Hydraulic feed ram with hydraulic push system "RAM" |
| The feed ram is load sensitive and the pressure is controlled automatically by rotor loading. The pusher guidings are manufactured out of durable plastic or brass and are adjustable. |

automatic cleaning system • Ram comb for hollow moulds and large fragments The hydraulic drive is compactly integrated inside the machine (except in the Turbo-Hydraulic System). Gimballed cylinder mounts prevent cylinder seal damage. |

| Stable and Secure |
| The robust machine frame,
strenghtened RAM system, outboard and sealed rotor bearings,
as well as high performance gearboxes guarantee an extended
machine life even by extremely high work loads. Gearbox limit switch, reverse counter, hydrodynamic clutch, hydraulic drive and safety switches are all options that minimize the risk of machine damage by unshredable materials. |
| The lifting screen and control system |
| The liftable screen
incorporates a segmented screen allowing easy access for rotor
knife replacement and for easy maintenance of the machine. The
electrical ram operating system is designed to regulate the
flow of material and will optimize feed rate depending on
